  • Do I always need a partner to train on the Synapse?
    No! While many trainers, and physical therapists do use the Synapse in trainer mode, all of the movements can be performed in solo mode. Train with a friend or solo - the choice is yours!
  • Is this too hard for a beginner or someone who is just trying to get back in shape?
    While the Synapse is used by many pro level athletes and teams, it meets every user where they are. It adapts to your ability to generate force and provides the perfect resistance throughout every phase of each movement to offer a truly unique method of training. In fact, The Synapse is used by many physical therapists for rehab and improving function.
  • How often do I have to train on the Synapse?
    Training on the Synapse is a novel experience. Because it can match the strength curve at all times, it allows for time under tension that cannot be replicated with conventional gym equipment.
