NOTE: when choosing a door to anchor to:
- choose a sturdy door
- ensure door closes toward you ( and/or can be bolted shut)
- ensure that the space between the bottom /top  of the door and the floor/ top of door is minimal ( just enough to allow webbing to pass underneath/over.)
